About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of structural design for complex projects, ensuring compliance with NSQEP standards and client specifications.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in BIM coordination, integrating architectural, MEP, and civil disciplines to optimize design outcomes.
- Develop and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications using advanced CAD and analysis software.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control, driving on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- NSQEP certification and minimum 8 years of progressive structural engineering experience.
- Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS).
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in large‑scale commercial, institutional, or infrastructure projects preferred.
