Associate Director, Insights & Analytics COVID - Shionogi Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth, customer‑focused analyses to inform COVID‑related business decisions and strategy.
• Lead the quarterly business review process, collaborating with field and home‑office teams to present actionable insights.
• Support the Senior Director of I&A on all business priorities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, delivering clear visualizations to senior stakeholders.
• Manage cross‑functional projects, coordinating data collection, cleaning, and modeling efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and project management within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Expertise in Tableau or similar visualization tools to create impactful dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with field teams and senior leadership.
