Lead the design and evolution of enterprise‑scale cloud infrastructure, driving automation, security, and performance across multi‑cloud environments using AWS, Kubernetes, and IaC tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions across AWS and hybrid environments, ensuring high availability and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead the adoption of Kubernetes and containerization strategies, optimizing deployment pipelines and resource utilization.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar, enabling repeatable, auditable deployments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and enforce DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing cost‑optimization strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure design, with a strong focus on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Proven expertise in IaC, CI/CD, and DevOps tooling (Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.).
- Deep understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and incident response in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non‑technical domains.
- Experience leading large, cross‑functional teams and delivering complex, mission‑critical projects.
