About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for web and mobile platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of developers, architects, and QA engineers through the full software development lifecycle.
- Architect, develop, and maintain micro‑service back‑ends using Node.js and cloud services on AWS.
- Design responsive front‑end experiences with React, integrating APIs and optimizing user interactions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring to accelerate release cycles.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and data teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience, with deep expertise in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Proven experience designing and deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
- Strong background in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI) and automated testing frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership in Agile environments, mentoring engineers and driving best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
