Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee career development programs, workshops, and events tailored to engineering students.
Analyze employment and internship data to inform strategic improvements and report outcomes to senior leadership.
Build and maintain partnerships with industry employers, faculty, and alumni to create experiential learning opportunities.
Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
Manage the centre’s budget, resources, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in career services, program management, or related leadership roles within an engineering or technical environment.
Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and drive evidence‑based program enhancements.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a track record of building industry and academic partnerships.
Excellent communication, coaching, and strategic planning abilities.
