About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi‑year capital renewal roadmaps for electrical and control infrastructure across the campus.
- Lead modernization of legacy systems, integrating emerging technologies such as IoT, cloud‑based monitoring, and advanced automation.
- Provide end‑to‑end technical oversight from design through commissioning and operational handover, ensuring performance, safety, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align electrical and control strategies with sustainability, resilience, and capacity growth goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, industry codes, and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical and control system design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Proven track record in asset management, infrastructure planning, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
