About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to develop predictive models and analytics pipelines for digital endpoint data.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning solutions using Python, R, and AWS services to support preclinical and clinical research.
- Collaborate with biostatisticians, clinicians, and product managers to translate scientific questions into data‑driven insights.
- Oversee data governance, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory standards for clinical data.
- Present findings to senior leadership, translating complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or related field with 8+ years of industry experience.
- Proven track record leading data science projects in pharmaceutical or life‑science environments.
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, SageMaker).
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
