About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the data science strategy for business insights, aligning analytics initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers.
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and advanced analytics solutions using Python, machine learning, and statistical techniques.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions and communicate findings through clear visualizations.
- Manage data pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS) to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable analytics delivery.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD or MS) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in data science and analytics, with a proven track record of leading high‑performing teams.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine‑learning libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, experimental design, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience deploying analytics solutions on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
