Lead the development and execution of data privacy and AI governance strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive data privacy and AI governance frameworks aligned with global regulations.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to assess, mitigate, and monitor privacy and AI risks across products and services.
- Develop and deliver training, policies, and best‑practice guidelines to embed privacy‑by‑design and responsible AI principles.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technology stakeholders to ensure continuous regulatory alignment.
- Report on governance metrics, audit findings, and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data privacy, AI governance, or related fields.
- Deep knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and emerging AI regulations.
- Proven track record of building and scaling governance programs in a global environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Advanced degree in law, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred.
