Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable AWS compute environments to support data science and machine learning workloads.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in developing data pipelines, analytics, and reporting solutions.
- Define and enforce governance policies for large language model (LLM) usage, ensuring compliance and ethical standards.
- Drive innovation in data‑driven product development, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor and grow a team of data engineers, scientists, and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, EMR, SageMaker, Lambda).
- Strong background in data architecture, ETL, and big‑data analytics.
- Proven track record in LLM deployment and governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field preferred.
