Software Engineer
Lead AI engineering initiatives, designing and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions across the organization, while driving responsible development practices, governance, and platform enablement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and pipelines that support business objectives across the enterprise.
- Establish and enforce responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, model explainability, and compliance with governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, build data pipelines, and integrate AI services into production environments.
- Drive the adoption of cloud‑native AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker) and promote reusable, scalable solutions.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing AI engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of delivering production‑grade solutions.
- Strong expertise in Python, data engineering, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment best practices.
- Experience leading technical teams and driving AI strategy at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
