Lead cross‑functional analytics delivery, driving operational excellence and scalable data solutions using SQL, Python, and Tableau within an Agile framework.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of data analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, and project managers.
- Implement Agile practices to accelerate project timelines and improve stakeholder collaboration.
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions using SQL, Python, and Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to define data requirements, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and tools for greater efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, delivery, and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau, with hands‑on experience building data pipelines and dashboards.
- Strong background in Agile project management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience in a regulated industry (pharma, biotech, or healthcare) is highly desirable.
