Leads a cross‑functional AI engineering team to design, build, and operate production‑grade models and agents, applying modern MLOps/AgentOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and governance to deliver measurable business value.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a hybrid team of internal and external AI engineers, fostering a high‑performance, delivery‑focused culture.
- Architect, develop, and operationalize production‑grade machine learning models and AI agents using MLOps and AgentOps best practices.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with enterprise architecture, AI governance, and regulatory standards.
- Drive adoption of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles.
- Collaborate with product, data, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into measurable AI outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in machine learning engineering, including model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Proven expertise in MLOps frameworks, CI/CD tooling, and cloud services (AWS or GCP).
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with deep‑learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience managing teams in an Agile environment and delivering enterprise‑scale AI solutions.
- Solid understanding of security, compliance, and AI governance within regulated industries.
