About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing AI engineering team, setting technical standards and best practices.
- Drive MLOps practices, ensuring reproducibility, monitoring, and continuous improvement of models.
- Partner with data scientists and domain experts to validate model performance and impact on clinical outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Strong background in data engineering, SQL, and big‑data technologies.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow) and model monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
