The Associate Digital Project Manager supports the successful delivery of client and internal projects by coordinating work, maintaining project systems, and partnering with Project Managers to keep projects moving forward. This role is designed as a growth path into a Project Manager position, beginning with ownership of lower-complexity client engagements, internal initiatives, partner onboarding, and operational projects while developing proficiency in Irish Titan's delivery methodology. Success in this role requires a positive attitude, strong organization, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Typical project portfolio includes: Tier 3 client retainers, low-complexity website enhancements, partner onboarding engagements, internal PMO and operational initiatives, DevSec coordination, and ad hoc client requests and support.
Further Activities Include
- Own the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of assigned lower-complexity client engagements from project activation through completion, including project plans, resourcing, documentation, meetings, status updates, and client follow-up.
- Identify, document, and manage project risks, scope changes, and deliverable changes, escalating issues and opportunities as appropriate.
- Ensure quality by reviewing deliverables before client release, coordinating cross-functional reviews, and applying project management best practices and lessons learned.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams through clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Build strong working relationships across project management, development, account management, and strategy teams while collaborating and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously develop project management skills through coaching, shadowing, feedback, and proactive learning.
Skills and Requirements
- 0–2 years of project management, project coordination, account coordination, operations, or related experience.
- Ability to independently manage multiple lower-complexity projects while maintaining organization, quality, and clear communication.
- Foundational knowledge of project management principles through education or experience, with the ability to navigate ambiguity by asking thoughtful questions and seeking clarity.
