Software Engineer
Support the Performance and Data Reconciliation team by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving accounting and data issues using SQL, Excel, and strong analytical skills while documenting processes for continuous improvement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and reconcile performance data, identifying discrepancies and root causes.
- Collaborate with Analysts and Senior Analysts to document and refine department processes.
- Utilize SQL and Excel to extract, transform, and validate data sets.
- Investigate and resolve accounting and data issues, ensuring accuracy for reporting.
- Maintain detailed records of reconciliations and issue resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with data reconciliation or financial reporting preferred.
