Associate Data Engineering Analyst responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines that support health analytics. Utilizes Python, SQL, and cloud services to transform and deliver high‑quality data for decision‑making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load large volumes of healthcare data.
- Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Optimize data workflows using SQL, Python, and Spark, ensuring performance and reliability at scale.
- Implement and manage data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting to guarantee data integrity.
- Deploy and maintain data solutions on AWS services such as S3, Redshift, and Glue.
- Document data models, pipeline logic, and best practices for cross‑team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in data engineering or analytics roles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and big‑data frameworks (Spark, Hive).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
