Data Engineer
Early‑career data engineer responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, designing data models, and supporting cloud‑based analytics platforms using Python, SQL, and AWS services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable ETL pipelines to ingest and transform data from multiple sources.
- Design and maintain relational and dimensional data models in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Collaborate with data analysts and software engineers to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Implement data monitoring, logging, and alerting to support reliable production workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, adopt best practices, and continuously improve data engineering processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python programming and SQL query writing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake or Redshift.
- Understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, and basic data pipeline orchestration.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
