Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and logs via SIEM platforms, triaging incidents and coordinating response actions.
- Conduct threat hunting and analysis using threat intelligence feeds and open‑source tools.
- Assist in vulnerability scanning, assessment, and remediation prioritization across the enterprise network.
- Support incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and post‑mortem documentation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement security controls and improve security posture.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security fundamentals.
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and vulnerability scanners.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) are a plus.
