Software Engineer
Associate Consultant in MLOps Engineering responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, while implementing CI/CD practices and MLflow for model tracking and reproducibility.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines that support data ingestion, model training, validation, and deployment.
- Containerize ML workloads with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Integrate CI/CD workflows (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to automate testing, building, and deployment of models.
- Leverage AWS services (S3, SageMaker, ECS/EKS, Lambda) for storage, compute, and serverless inference.
- Implement model versioning, monitoring, and logging using MLflow and Prometheus.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to translate research prototypes into production‑ready solutions.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in data science libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit‑learn).
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment on AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of MLflow or similar model management tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
