About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for the Craft Connect platform.
- Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources using SQL and Tableau to generate actionable insights and support decision‑making.
- Develop and maintain data models, process flows, and functional specifications that align with business goals.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) and contribute to backlog grooming.
- Assist in testing activities, including creating test cases, executing functional tests, and tracking defects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience writing SQL queries and creating visualizations in Tableau.
- Understanding of Agile development processes and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a focus on translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
