About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update master data records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to resolve data quality issues and improve data flows.
- Develop and run SQL queries and data extracts to support reporting and operational needs.
- Create visual dashboards and reports in Tableau to communicate insights to business stakeholders.
- Assist in the design and documentation of data governance processes and policies.
- Monitor data performance metrics and recommend enhancements for operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data management, master data operations, or business analysis.
- Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience building reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
