About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist airline customers with real‑time troubleshooting and resolution of flight recorder system issues.
- Perform diagnostic tests, interpret fault data, and recommend corrective actions for avionics hardware and software.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement field service solutions and updates.
- Document service activities, generate reports, and maintain accurate records in compliance with FAA and company standards.
- Provide technical support and training to airline personnel on flight recorder operation and maintenance.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics, or related field.
- Basic understanding of avionics systems, flight recorder architecture, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
