QA Engineer
Associate Automation Engineer designing and implementing power conversion control software for advanced power generation, microgrid, and energy management solutions, driving technical requirements, supplier selection, and system sizing in a collaborative, international environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control algorithms and software for power conversion applications supporting advanced power generation, microgrid, and energy management solutions.
- Define technical requirements for power electronic equipment and lead supplier selection activities.
- Provide technical guidance to manufacturers throughout project execution, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Perform system sizing, performance analysis, and validation of power conversion solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate hardware and software components into complete energy systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, control theory, and embedded software development.
- Experience with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) and hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
