About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced medical analytics to identify clinical care gaps using patient‑level claims, EHR, and EMR data.
- Develop scalable analytics frameworks for patient cohort identification, disease progression, therapy adherence, and referral pathway analysis.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and models in Snowflake, leveraging SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Utilize Dataiku and Alteryx to orchestrate end‑to‑end analytics workflows and automate reporting.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, data‑driven stories for cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with medical, clinical, and business teams to refine analytical approaches and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in healthcare analytics and patient‑level data.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data‑engineering tools such as Snowflake.
- Hands‑on experience with Dataiku, Alteryx, or similar analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present insights to non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
