About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines using Python and AWS services.
- Prepare and transform large healthcare datasets, ensuring data quality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Engineer robust features and build feature stores to support model training and inference.
- Collaborate with data scientists to prototype models, evaluate performance, and iterate on solutions.
- Deploy models to production environments, monitor performance, and implement automated retraining workflows.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions).
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, ETL pipelines, and feature engineering.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices for ML workflows and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team.
