About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate AI components—such as large language models and autonomous agents—into mission‑critical warfare systems.
- Build end‑to‑end pipelines that move AI prototypes from research demos to reliable, production‑ready deployments.
- Collaborate with software, systems, and test engineers to ensure AI solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Implement data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and continuous monitoring using cloud‑based infrastructure.
- Document architecture, code, and test results to support certification and maintainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; 0–2 years of hands‑on AI/ML experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine‑learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, and building autonomous agents.
- Experience deploying AI workloads on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and using containerization/orchestration tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work in cross‑functional teams, and a passion for delivering robust, mission‑relevant AI solutions.
