Lead the strategy and delivery of tokenization solutions for a global financial institution, driving product vision, roadmap, and cross‑functional execution using blockchain, API design, and Agile practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy for tokenization services.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to design and launch blockchain‑based tokenization platforms and APIs.
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog using Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and drive innovation in digital asset offerings.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to enhance functionality and user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, digital assets, or blockchain environments.
- Strong understanding of tokenization concepts, distributed ledger technologies, and API ecosystems.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in an Agile setting and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
