Support the security team in safeguarding assets and personnel, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with industry standards using CCTV, access control, and incident response protocols.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing security policies and procedures to protect guests, staff, and property.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems, responding promptly to incidents and coordinating with emergency services.
- Lead incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Train and supervise security staff on protocols, emergency response, and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety guidelines, and corporate security standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or hospitality security management.
- Strong knowledge of security technologies (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in incident reporting and use of security management software.
