About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project execution for multiple technology systems initiatives, ensuring alignment with milestone‑based delivery standards.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, facilitating communication between engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers, providing regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of project processes, applying Agile Scrum practices to enhance delivery speed and quality.
- Ensure compliance with financial and operational metrics, proactively addressing issues to protect profitability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in technology or systems environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and deliverables in a fast‑paced setting.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
