About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Application Engineering in drafting technical solutions and detailed cost estimates for new projects.
- Support the preliminary design process, including solicitation of bids and evaluation of supplier proposals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine project scope and develop accurate pre‑award budgets.
- Act as a backup customer interface, ensuring clear communication of technical and commercial requirements.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and budget adherence throughout the proposal lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in cost estimation techniques.
- Experience in technical proposal development and supplier bid management.
- Basic project management knowledge and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer and internal interactions.
