About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Lead cross-functional teams in Agile environments, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) to support scalable, secure applications.
- Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
- Implement data analytics pipelines, ensuring data quality, governance, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing technology teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and modern software development practices.
- Hands‑on experience with data analytics tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
