About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end software development lifecycle for multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor and coach development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Implement Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project metrics, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in Java and Python.
- Proven track record managing medium to large‑scale projects in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
