About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2.5 troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for Nokia network equipment in a 24×7 environment.
- Monitor network performance, identify degradations, and coordinate remediation with cross‑functional teams.
- Implement and maintain fault‑management processes, ensuring timely ticket escalation and closure.
- Develop and execute automation scripts (Linux/Unix) to streamline routine operational tasks.
- Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and documentation for continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in network operations, preferably with Nokia hardware and software platforms.
- Strong knowledge of fault management, performance monitoring, and network troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, 24×7 operation.
