About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation and maintenance of the HRMS platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Drive data analytics initiatives to generate actionable insights for workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and manage change throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee system upgrades, performance monitoring, and user support to maintain high availability and data integrity.
- Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and documentation for HR and business users.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology implementation and analytics.
- Proven track record managing HRMS projects, including configuration, testing, and go‑live support.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices in a large enterprise environment.
