About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, validate, and transform AP data from ERP and upstream systems for reporting purposes.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into AP metrics such as aging, payment run status, and vendor performance.
- Prepare and publish comprehensive AP reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for Finance leadership.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify data gaps, recommend process improvements, and ensure data integrity.
- Translate complex AP data into clear, actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision‑making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AP reporting and analytics, with a strong focus on data mining and dashboard development.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report publishing.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and experience extracting data for reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality reports on time.
