About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, scope and budget.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and design optimal solutions.
- Apply Agile methodologies to manage project backlogs, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of consulting or implementation experience in a professional services environment.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to deliver complex initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and business analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in process improvement tools and change management practices.
