About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end business analysis for technology consulting engagements, capturing and documenting functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit needs, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision‑making, identify process gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Champion Agile practices, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to deliver incremental value.
- Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on best practices and career development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within technology consulting or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) and modeling techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outputs in a fast‑paced environment.
