About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Official Community Plan, Downtown Revitalization Master Plan, and other major planning initiatives.
- Prepare technical drawings, models, and reports using AutoCAD and GIS software to support project design and analysis.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainable design practices into infrastructure projects.
- Engage with community stakeholders, government agencies, and contractors to gather input and ensure project alignment with public goals.
- Support the preparation of project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with sustainable design principles and community engagement preferred.
