Lead the design, development, and delivery of integrated digital government services, leveraging Azure, Power Platform, and modern APIs while guiding a team through agile practices and ensuring secure, scalable solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain API‑centric integration solutions for digital government services.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering Azure‑based integration workflows and Power Platform automations.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Ensure security, performance, and scalability of integration components through code reviews and automated testing.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting agile practices, DevOps pipelines, and modern development standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and implementing APIs and integration services using Azure Integration Services, REST, and SOAP.
- Strong development background in Java and/or .NET with solid SQL database skills.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for rapid solution delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in an agile environment and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
