Lead a high‑impact analytics team, driving data‑driven decision making across the organization using Python, SQL, machine learning, and cloud analytics on AWS, while delivering insights through Tableau and advanced visualizations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional analytics team to deliver actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models on AWS, ensuring data quality and governance.
- Build predictive models and machine‑learning solutions in Python to forecast business outcomes and optimize processes.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, translating complex data into clear, business‑relevant stories.
- Collaborate with product, risk, and technology stakeholders to define analytics requirements and prioritize initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS services (Redshift, S3, Glue, SageMaker).
- Strong background in machine‑learning techniques and model deployment.
- Expertise in Tableau or similar BI tools for data visualization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into business strategy.
