About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for fraud detection solutions, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and risk teams to design, prototype, and launch machine‑learning models that identify and mitigate fraudulent activity.
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering through development, testing, and post‑launch performance monitoring.
- Prioritize features and enhancements using data‑driven insights, stakeholder feedback, and risk assessments.
- Lead agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fraud, risk, or financial services domains.
- Strong analytical background with hands‑on experience in SQL and machine‑learning techniques for fraud detection.
- Proven ability to translate complex data insights into actionable product features.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across technical and business teams.
- Experience working in agile environments and leading cross‑functional product squads.
