About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining across submission, underwriting, and claims workflows.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable ML/GLM solutions.
- Implement and optimize GenAI techniques to enhance model performance and feature engineering.
- Ensure model governance, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics within insurance or financial services.
