About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines and dashboards to surface actionable insights for asset protection teams.
- Develop predictive models and risk scoring algorithms to anticipate and mitigate loss opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards.
- Lead the adoption of emerging AI and analytics technologies to enhance investigative capabilities.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within security or loss prevention.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS data services (Redshift, S3, Glue) and machine learning frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of driving cross‑functional initiatives.
