About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the lifecycle management of municipal lighting assets, from procurement to decommissioning.
- Utilise CAD and BIM tools to design, document, and update lighting infrastructure.
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and procurement teams to optimise asset performance and cost.
- Prepare technical reports, asset registers, and compliance documentation for regulatory bodies.
- Support capital improvement projects, ensuring lighting solutions meet safety, energy, and sustainability standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in asset management and lighting design within a public sector or large organisation.
- Strong proficiency in CAD/BIM software and asset management systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations.
