Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver ASIC design projects on time and within budget, coordinating engineering, verification, and manufacturing activities while ensuring technical excellence and stakeholder alignment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables for ASIC development cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (design, verification, test, supply chain) to maintain schedule, budget, and quality targets.
- Facilitate risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions to senior leadership and external partners.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management practices and tooling for ASIC projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing ASIC or semiconductor design projects.
- Strong understanding of ASIC design flow, verification methodologies, and manufacturing constraints.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and Agile/Scrum practices is a plus.
