About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions, integrating data pipelines, model training, and production services.
- Own technical project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring, ensuring high reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, coaching peers on best practices in data science, engineering, and application development.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Git, and AWS services (S3, Lambda, SageMaker).
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies to improve model performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong background in Python and data science libraries.
- Proven expertise in data engineering, building scalable pipelines and working with large datasets.
- Hands‑on experience with full‑stack development (REST APIs, front‑end frameworks).
- Deep knowledge of AWS services, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring junior engineers.
