About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deploy state‑of‑the‑art AI models, with a focus on ChatGPT and related transformer architectures.
- Conduct original research, publish findings in top AI journals, and present at conferences.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into product pipelines.
- Develop and maintain reproducible research workflows, including data pipelines, model training, and evaluation.
- Advise on AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment practices.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- Proven track record of high‑impact publications and novel algorithm development.
