About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine‑learning and deep‑learning models to enhance RAD architecture capabilities.
- Prototype AI solutions, conduct performance testing, and integrate them with existing software and hardware components.
- Collaborate closely with system and software engineers to ensure seamless AI integration and compliance with security requirements.
- Implement and optimize AI pipelines using Python, C++, and cloud services (AWS) for scalable deployment.
- Document designs, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Full‑Scope Polygraph.
- Strong experience in Python, C++, and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record developing and deploying machine‑learning models in a secure, defense‑oriented environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization for AI workloads.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work both onsite and with limited remote days.
