Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of armed security teams assigned to executive protection assignments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive protection plans, including route analysis, threat assessment, and emergency response procedures.
- Coordinate with clients, law enforcement, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless security coverage.
- Conduct training sessions on firearms proficiency, defensive tactics, and situational awareness.
- Maintain accurate incident reports, logs, and compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in armed security or executive protection.
- Valid firearms license and proven record of firearms proficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal security regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
